  It's the little things. The positive messages you've written on the envelopes that I have received have been wonderful! This has been a trying year so far and it's the little things.   the best bank i’ve ever had, the most friendly staff!! Quick & knowledgeable on what their doing. i’ve been to locations in sioux falls and rapid , pierre location has the BEST staff!!!

  I contacted Black Hills FCU of Pierre to get a home loan estimate. They responded very quickly and worked with me to make a custom in-house since my partner and I do not qualify for the SD Housing Development Authority's First-Time Homebuyer's program. The loan they offered was a pretty good deal, but I ended up going with the bank from my home town since that was going to be slightly better rates and less paperwork. If you live in Pierre and have an account with Black Hills FCU, I'd recommend going through them for your home loan.

  Friendly staff, great accounts, fantastic loan rates. This is the bank you want. They will literally do anything to help you!

  Love this bank and the people just hate there are so many buttons to push to talk to an actual person.
