  Not sure why the past reviewer said bad review. You can make deposits at any branch through the atm - which is fast. I've used them for years for car loans, savings and checkings. I love that real people are there and not just machines - its nice to know if I have a problem that I can call someone local - not an 800 number. It would be nice if they had more atm locations though. Perhaps one in midtown around west park plaza area...

  Amazing bank, great staff. This branch is a bit small so its hard to find and be sure to call in advance as you may require an appointment to meet with a representative due to the small staffing. This branch is mostly an 24 hour ATM for members only.

  Thanks for the review, Joseph! We pride ourselves on good customer service. Billings Federal Credit Union is happy to be able to serve you! Anyone (member or non-member) is able to use our ATM's. Simply use the magnetic strip on your ATM or debit card to get in the door after hours. For members, our ATM's are full service ATM's allowing you to deposit or withdraw money!

  I work with the amazing, remarkable Jessica Schaff. She has helped us build our credit when no one else would help. She really cares about her members and its such a pleasure to do business with her. I would highly recommend.

  We have loans, savings and checking accounts with BFCU. Everyone is always Extremely helpful in person or on the phone! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an awesome banking facility!
