  Personally, I would not like to bank here again. Started having issues with money going missing and they could and would not explain where it was going to. I’ve tried to tell them to close whatever is taking out, and of course it’s extra charge just to do that. What makes it more frustrating, is when then know you have a negative balance from all this stuff yet still want you to pay fees but can’t do what you ask. Some of the lady’s up there are extremely rude . Wouldn’t recommend!!!!!!!

  I love doing business with this bank, I refinanced my car quickly at a very low APR ;) a few months later I walked unannounced and the loan officer gladly helped me in about 15 minutes I was granted $ 5,700 no questions asked. Not only they have the resources to help you but the most professional outstanding and attentive personnel. Job well done ladies!!! O.W

  Personally I've been with BSFCU Since 2018 and I love everything about them they have always been nothing but kind understanding and professional they've helped me.build my credit in such amazing ways... Staff is always amazing friendly and helpful

  Love love this bank.. if you want to get your credit up this is the place to go. Got my car finance through them, also got my loan and credit card through them at a very low interest rate.. couldn't be more thankful for the help they give me.

  What kind of institution allows a parent of three kids to take the other parent off of the account without permission or notification??? Now the mother of the children does not have access to the kids savings (which was started jointly) and the money she put in is now available to him an his family. This problem was brought up to the Credit union and they basically said "oh well" "we dont operate like normal banks". This matter is now in the hands of attorneys and it will get settled. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY PLAY BY THIER OWN RULES AND HAVE NO CONCERN FOR THEIR MEMBERS OR FORMER MEMBERS! Go to a real bank and have policies and procedures so that you dont get screwed like she did.
