      Went today to make a deposit in drive through. It was very slow I was the only one in the drive through. If there were problems of why things were being processed slow or any reasons for being slow it should have been brought to my attention. Instead I had to go inside and talk to the branch manager and all she could do is come up with excuses. And didnt know how to fix it. Need better customer service. And should let or talk to the people that work under her that things need to be explained to there customers that things may take longer then usual. So that customers don't get up set and have to ask what's taking so long.

      So freaking amazing! Just got a home mortgage loan through this bank after famers state bank tried to con us by jacking up the interest on us to 5% from the agreed 3%.
