  I GIVE NO STARS! Horrible service. I went in today to open two accounts and was denied service when three people were sitting there doing nothing.

  Representatives are walking around wasting time, denying ppl help because it’s by appointment only , you clearly don’t have any appointments if I’m in the only 30 minutes and your are walking around with coffee in your hand. Management need to look into this these ppl are using COVID as an excuse to not work

  I'd rather keep my money in a mattress. TERRIBLE set up...having customers freeze outside, no employee directing traffic, no staff..can you believe on a Saturday they had NO one to man the desks to help customers...I can go on and on. We will close account...THIS PLACE AND ALL ITS BRANCHES STINKS
