      Worst bank ever. The benefits are NOT worth it. Terrible customer service. And, the hours are HORRID for people work anytime from 9-5. Terrible place, terrible service, do not recommend

      STAY AWAY from this place!!! Customers obviously are not important to them. The customer service from your worst enemy would be better than BSFCU!!

      DO NOT BANK HERE. I really wish I could give less than 1-star. The “benefits” of banking with a credit union are 10000% not worth it. This is the absolute worst place I have ever been to. Words can’t even begin to describe how horrible their customer service is. Every visit, I’m treated with zero respect/courtesy. No one wants to help me. They look bothered when they see CUSTOMERS waiting in the lobby. We are not customers to them, we’re just a bothersome. For example, there are signs posted on the counter that say they can provide money orders, when I asked for one, I was told they don’t. So, I pressed and it turns out they DO, but it’s just a pain for them. I was lied to because they are too lazy to perform their JOB. That’s only scratching the surface! I need statements from them because I’m in the process of buying a home. Despite calling ahead of time, utilizing their terrible new online banking system, and speaking with three different tellers, no one can seem to help me get a statement for May 2019 because they updated their system in June. WHAT BANK DOESN’T KEEP THEIR RECORDS?! As soon as I possibly can, I am closing this account.

      Customer service is terrible, they treat you like you have no clue what you're talking about. One lady in particular normally at the drive thru is a complete jerk. rude as all get out. Their online banking is never updated and their hours are terrible. The only good this is their loan rates other than that they get a 1 star from me..

      Used to be a great place to bank, now HORRIBLE. Customer service is the worst, I cannot believe how they speak to you (and to clarify, it was not the teller, but her supervisor). All I wanted was to have a check issued from my savings account and it became such a big deal that I just closed my account completely. There are too many banks out there to put up with this kind of treatment! I "love" that you only have drive-in hours on Saturday and yet I cannot do my banking because you won't do those services through the drive-in.

      The only. Reason I gave it one star is because it did not offer minus zero!! I have been a member since the 1970s when I worked at the steel car.then trinity.I have never applied for a loan only ever deposited money until today when I tried to finance a first car for my daughter. Even though I have more money in the credit union than I was trying to borrow on a new Chevy.we were left standing in the lobby from 3:00 until they closed. Even though I was calm polite and patient.I was led to believe that Grace the loan officer was on the phone but would be able to see us.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREETED SO RUDELY before ANYWHERE EVER I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible . And I almost forget I was told Grace would call me in the next couple days to give me an apointment to see if a loan is possible. Sometime this week?????

      Top notch service. They truly go out of their way to help you. I have odd hours due to my work schedule. Grace remembered that and called me even after the office was closed. I work nights sleep days .You won't get this service from a bank

      I have used them as my primary bank for more than 20 years. As well, I have used other banks for Internet transactions more recently. Bessemer System still provides much better service at better rates.
