  My husband and I have used Ben for two home loans so far and look forward to the opportunity to use him again one day. 99% of the time I call Ben it is after normal "work hours" but usually the only time I am free. He is always accommodating and eager to set aside time to hear our questions and talk. He has worked with us to make sure we are set up for success and always making the loan process as seemless as possible. I recommend him to all my friends!

  Terrible experience with Ben, he was terrible, condescending tone almost from the very beginning. His online slogan is: "We are dedicated to answering any of your mortgage questions and will guide our clients through the home loan process to ensure an efficient and personalized loan experience." Not true at all!!! He was very Incompetent and not dedicated at all to answer any of my mortgage questions and did not guide me through the home loan process. He un-ensured me an non-efficient and un-personalized loan experience about townhomes properties procedures and regulations with my FHA loan. Sebastian on the other hand was so great, helpful and pleasant . Very respectful as well as professional. He answered the phone after hours and on weekends. Ben from the very beginning informed me that he stops answering at 5PM and does not answer on the weekend. Ben talked down to me on the phone and via email and he even referred to Sebastian (his business partner) as his helper... he rectified after calling him that and switched to " his partner" This tells me Ben feels like he is above other folks. Ben seems to be on edge all the time, kind of scary. What a bad reputation Ben is given to Cross Country Mortgage.

  Ben is very knowledgeable, hard working, and goes above and beyond for his clients. He had me pre-qualified in no time and very thorough in discussing my options. Looking forward to working with him in the future. You won't be disappointed!

  Always available even on the weekend. He can be out with family and will still Get back with me when I need him. I have had several people barely qualify or special employment situations and he still gets it done. If he cannot help them with a loan at the time, he still helps them get credit solutions to get their score where he can help in the future. He has a radio show about lending and goes around teaching or helping organizations that get the information out about home loans. I do not know how anyone can say he doesn’t answer questions they had, when every thing I have seen him do in the last 3 years is about getting information out. I highly recommend Ben for your home loan needs.

  Ben has pre-qualified me for a home loan then took the time to explain all of my options. I called him out of the blue for a pre-qualification and within an hour it was done! What an awesome experience. I just needed him to answer a question for me so I emailed him at 930pm expecting a reply the next business day, but he texted and asked if he could call at 10 pm same day. He will go out of his way to help get you the info you need to make a good decision. Now if I can only find a home that I don't get outbid on I'll be doing great. If I could give my experience 10 stars I would. Very respectful guy and isn't trying to sell you a mortgage that you don't need or can't afford.
