  Scott and Jen were fantastic to work with. We were buying a home from across the country, but with their clear communication, availability (even at short notice) and quick solutions, they were able to not only make the process easy, but also rework details of our loan to help us out!   Scott & Jen are definitely the A team! Initially, my wife and I were a bit nervous about the homebuying/mortgage process. From day one, Scott & Jen made us feel confident and excited about the whole thing. They are very friendly and happy to answer any questions you have. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process. At one point, we got an appraisal back that was not what we were hoping for. Scott & Jen put in a significant amount of extra work to help us get a second opinion, and the result is that we got the home we wanted. That made a big impression on me and I will definitely be recommending the Benchmark team to anyone I know who needs a mortgage.

  Scott and Jen with Benchmark were absolutely amazing at helping us buy a home for the first time. They were always available, very responsive and very quick to get things done. Along with our incredible real estate agent, they worked as a team to help us buy a home for the first time while we were still living half way across the country. They helped us navigate everything with all of our loan options as first time home buyers and worked with us to close and sign all of the loan documents remotely so we could move into our newly purchased home right when we moved to town and all of this on a pretty short timeline. We weren't sure it was possible but Scott, Jen and our real estate agent made it happen. Highly, highly, highly recommend Scott and Jen with Benchmark, especially if you are a first time home buyer or are relocating and not in the area. They were so incredible helping us through those challenges and can't say enough good things about our experience with them!
