  This is now the second time I have used Barry Cooper with Benchmark Lending. Both experiences with him have been top notch. Barry is by far one of the nicest and easiest guys to work with. He becomes a part of the family. I would recommend him to everyone I know. It’s hard to find someone so trustworthy and accommodating. He went over and above for me on both of my properties.   Barry Cooper was our GO TO mortgage person for the townhouse we purchased recently. He was always there to help us out with our queries at all times.. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. I still remember the first day my wife and myself met with Barry to discuss the loan application/process.We were shooting him with so many questions and he was on top of it answering them confidently. He has a good sense if humour which made us feel easy as we went along the whole journey. Looking forward to work with Barry again for sure. Thank You Barry !
