  Glenn and his team at Benchmark Lending are extremely personable, professional and understanding individuals. They made my first home buying experience a pleasant and successful one. Being that it was my first time buying a house, I had numerous questions throughout the process. Glenn and his team were always quick to respond and happy to answer regardless of how significant or trivial the question was. They frequently reach out and provide updates and statuses and were extremely transparent throughout the entire process.   I purchased my very first home in the beginning of this year and I couldn't be more satisfied from getting the help and assistance that I needed with Benchmark Lending. Glenn and his crew are very professional, quick, accurate, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Anytime in the process if I had a question or needed help Glenn himself, or someone from his team will get back to me ASAP and I loved that.   Glenn and his team at Benchmark Lending are amazing professionals. We have worked with them twice to do two different refinancing transactions. Glenn and his team member Tara are professional and get the job done. They work with you to make sure you know what is going on and make the process easy and as stress free as possible. They are always willing to answer any questions. When we were struggling to get answers from another lender on our second refinance, we knew we had to reach out to Glenn.   1/2021. Four years later and I'm back to compliment Glenn once more. We thought about refinancing since rates are so low. I called Glenn. After a 15 minute discussion, he suggested we stay put. Refinancing wouldn't put us in a better position. I REALLY appreciate the time Glenn took to advise us. I also appreciate his honesty and how generous he has always been with his time. Thank you!   Glenn & Tara at Benchmark were fantastic in helping my wife & I secure funding for our first home purchase.  From initial conversations & questions to pre-approval and closing day everything was fantastic.  Glenn was upfront & honest about cost, rates and offered advice and expertise on any scenarios we presented.  Tara is extremely detail oriented and responsive which is crucial to getting everything lined up for under-writing and final approval.  They both made the process as easy as possible and I would certainly reach out to them again for a re-finance or funding for a new home purchase in the future.
