  The worst service ever no one seems to know how to do their job there. I've been waiting to recieve a platinum rewards credit card since the beginning of April. I'm to the point where i want to cancel being a member.

  I have been to this branch on several occasions with numerous issues. On several of those occasions, I had the privilege of having Brian Schmid wait on me. He is exceptionally friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He has been able to take care of every problem that I have had and never makes me feel like I am putting him out in any way. After doing business with him, I am always reminded that I have made a great choice by having my membership at Bellco. I appreciate his great service and I will always go out of my way to do business at this branch.

  If you want to waste your time and learn how quickly you can lose your patience go ahead! We first started with auto loan, set up an automatic payment, only to find out in the first month our paymnet was never made. Apparently there is a form you need to fill out additionally to you auto setup and bring it personally to the bank. The late fee was never lifted, even though we asked for it. Our checking account, it took 3 months, 3 walk in interventions to get check, first batch never came, second came with wrong address, needless to say we paid twice, no reimbursement for their mistakes. Business account, it took them from September to January and us going there every 2 weeks to send us check book and debit card, once again wrong address. DON"T DO IT.

  People that work at this branch are nice with a couple exceptions. My biggest problem is there is no personal touch. I can not even call the branch. The Credit Union does not allow it and forces its customers to talk to a machine that routs route and reroute and you get nowhere. 1 call ... 3 minutes tops and I would have been happy. I have decided to move my business accounts for this reason not sure if I will continue to use personal or not.

  This location is trash! If you're setting up a pod account, definitely go somewhere else. We've been treated horribly through our entire experience. Ive wasted gas going back and forth since they can't seem to get it together. Rudest people ive ever had to deal with! Also if you're looking for an auto loan or any other loan, they will deny you without even running your credit. Hopefully this helps you to not waste your time or energy dealing with a company that clearly has zero customer service!

  I would say employees at bellco seem lazy, I went to this location several times during posted business hours and no one was there, also they close early with no notice, really hard to do banking with them. They don't seem to care about their customers and I have had accounts at Bellco for years. They probably won't even care about this rating, looking for another bank now

  One star is being nice...I waited at the drive thru...the only car in both lanes. There were three employees behind the window and I still waited 10+ plus minutes. Parker and orchard branch. I am currently heading to another branch further from my home....Great🤗

  This Bellco ordered $90 worth of food today and gave the Driver $0.00 in tip. Lunch was for 9 people. Surely they all could have pulled an extra $1. If they treat their delivery drivers like this, I wonder what they do or won’t do for customers. 🤔

  The Bellco team apologizes for this oversight. It was a complete mistake on our part and in no way a reflection of our gratitude and our belief in the importance of customer service. Bellco contacted the food delivery company after we learned about the issue with the tip, but we were unable to rectify the situation. We sincerely appreciate all of the hard working drivers who are keeping people nourished throughout our city. Again, our sincerest apologies for the missed tip.

  I commute all over Denver but this is the Branch I always enjoy coming to. The staff if courteous and quick, they remember me and greet me by name, and there's always some good chat while they take care of whatever I may need.
