Suzie5I can't say enough good things about this particular BECU. Every time I've ever had to visit, they've treated me with such professionalism. You're truly valued here as a member. I opened up a secondary account and it went quickly and smoothly. The only thing that upsets me is me missing my Sounders Debit Card 😭

Sonny Hakimi1I went today Tuesday 10-17-2020 at 10:30 am to add a new account and make a large deposit. I signed up and waited to be greeted and helped out. Employees were coming in and not greeting me or helping me out. I was there for 20 mn and not a single BECU employee bother to say hello or we will be with you. I was fed up with the poor greeting and went inside and an Asian female with glasses rudely asked me to go outside and that someone will be with me when they are ready. and then to top it off, a white tall man, bold, who I believe was an account manager, came and just waited outside like a security guard and did not asked me what are my banking needs for the day. Instead, he was giving me a harrowing eyes. I felt embarrassed, and harassed and just left for the Northgate branch who treated me kindly and rapidly. Beware of that branch and their zero customer service.

Sheridan Lake4This location is awesome. They are quick to help, very accommodating and incredibly friendly. There is an ATM outside and inside so if one is busy, the other one may not be. The only thing I would suggest is to read the fine print when setting up any account. I was surprised by a policy that they hold a check for five days for your first 90 days of being a member unless you set up direct deposit. Luckily they're willing to push through a check if you're unaware of such policy.

Gaurav Agashe5I got the best auto loan rate from them (0.5% better than tech fed). I went to this branch to set up online banking and everything was done in less than 10mins. Friendly staff, did not hurry me 15 mins before closing time, weren't pushy about their other products.

Rob Cupples5I have my checking account and mortgage with BECU. When I closed on my house the closing agent said they were easy to work with because they have far less paperwork to deal with than most lenders. It is true that most of their locations are offices with atms that do not have tellers but I've learned to adapt. I use credit unions because banks make me feel like a pile of money that needs to be milked with fees. This particular location is near where I work. I've always found the location well-kept and the staff friendly and helpful.

Sheen Hunter (#SheenTV! #SeattleFreeze)4The way any BECU is not very long and the tellers are generally very helpful and informative. I would not recommend looking outside to use the ATM since it gets vandalized and the little hole that its in they don't keep clean.

Nancy H4Great customer service, friendly people, very knowledgeable about services and options available. The only downside to this branch is no parking. They say free parking on the west side of 1st. But there is NEVER anything available.

Their paperwork is slow, getting cards is slow, the site is slow, getting information is slow, depositing checks is slow, payments and money transfers are slow... Every interaction ends up being slow.
