  Very poor customer service. I have a car loan through this credit union and every month my account I have to make my payment with gets locked out and I can't make my payment. Then I have to wait the entire weekend to try to get ahold of somebody to which they rarely answer the phone. They seriously expect you in 2022 to take a few hours out of your day to go get money order and bring it all the way to their branch. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am a very busy business owner and I littarly do not have enough time in my day to waste doing this. Come out of 1990 and update your online banking. It's absolutely terrible and I will never take a loan through you all again. Worst mistake of my life.

  Did you download the new mobile app and register for access? The new app was effective March 2. We have sent emails to notify of the change. The information and links are also on our website and Facebook page.

  Banks are greedy in general. Chime is great. But people are people. So don't judge. If fees are a problem use cash. At least they are not drug dealers nor junkies that plauge USA and shep. Government is dirty.

  I think everyone here is quite friendly. Been with the credit union for 20 plus years. Never had any problems.

  Why aren't they opened on Saturday? I can never go to the bank unless I take off work. I'll switch credit unions this year because of that.

  Our Dixie branch is open on Saturdays from 9-2.

  I do not recommend this bank. I have been a member there for years. They like to deactivate your debit card randomly and always happens on a weekend to where you have wait til Monday to get it fixed. This has happened to me numerous times. It is uncalled for. Also when you call to get it fixed they act like it's no big deal and are very rude about it at the Shepherdsville location. I miss the old Shepherdsville branch employees. The new ones especially Kayla is very rude.

  I have been with this bank 13 yrs. & I love it. The staff at the Shepherdsville & National Turnpike branches are very friendly and helpful. I've never had any problems with them all my services have been great. Janice, Jason, & Dana are AWESOME. I've never been with a bank more than 6 months at best before Beacon Community Credt Union I love this bank!

  This is not my bank but being a shared branch I do business here often. Having said that there are some good people here. No specifics, no names just know that humanity, good will and genuine care for strangers gives this business what most might call having small town values. All I know is if ever you need anything contact me and I will be there.

  These guys are extremely rude and seem to have no knowledge of their own banking system. Tried to cash a check as part of their partnered credit union and these guys had no clue what that even was. Had to call the parent bank to get it sorted out. Glad I have a bank account that's not a credit union!

  This bank is literally the worst. The people are rude as hell and have had nothing but trouble with them since we started. So so so glad to be switching away from them. Honestly should of done it sooner.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. They have the worst service, are rude and quite frankly stupid. I was in there a while ago and asked for $100 and asked that they give me an assortment of bills, and they gave it to me all in 5's! I have since closed my account and bank with Park CCU now.
