  Thank you all for your professionalism and caring manner in which you treat others. I even watch how you treat others while they are being served. This is my favorite branch although; there may not be an ATM available I make do. Thanks again.

  I'm only giving this place 3 stars because, the people that's working in their can work a little faster. For people that can't find this place like myself on my first visit. Park in the parking lot of the post office, and walk inside. It's impossible to miss once you're inside. The lady said that, they can't post signs of the bank because it's a federal building. And once you get inside the post office. Bayport employee will buzz you in. Remember this is Norfolk. Can't get no more ghetto and hood than this. I'm in here again right now and. It's 2 other members in here. And 2 co-workers. The older lady is working and always the second person on a computer the entire time. So really it's only one person in here that actually helps members. Do not, I repeat DO NOT come in here to do business if you are in a rush or lunch break . You will be late!

  How hard is it to put up a freaking SIGN? I googled the nearest location and I drove here fighting rush hour traffic to get there before 5pm and couldn't figure out where you were. I tried calling while I was sitting in the Post Office parking lot @ 4:50pm and got stuck on hold and no one ever bothered to pick up the phone. I stayed on hold for 15 minutes before finally giving up and leaving in disgust.

  This is a smaller branch however the customer service is just as great as any other Bayport branch I've been to. The maps location isn't correct, it's on the right side of the post office building. Hopefully they can get that worked out.

  Received a auto loan from these guys in April 2015, and never was told I had to give them my car insurance information. So after 6 months of paying my car on time they told me they needed my insurance information. So I gave them my information and said it wasn't full coverage. I took it off full coverage to comprehensive because I was on deployment for 7 months. These guys added 5,000 dollars to my auto loan. I submitted a waiver just to get denied. They honestly don't care about veterans. Navy federal or USAA would never do that!

  This branch is difficult to find but just park in the Post Office Lot. Excellent Customer Service. They will learn your name and treat you very professionaly!

  This is worst location ill drive either to hampton or Chesapeake from now on. Good thing those to areas have good customer service and locations

  I went to this location and found NO BayPort CU anywhere. Wrong address?

  Hi Tyler! We are so sorry you had a hard time finding our Norfolk Post Office location. The branch is actually located inside the Norfolk Post Office building, but through a separate entrance located to the right of the main post office entrance. The entry door is on the outside of the building, just before you reach the all brick, two-story portion of the building. Hope this helps, and we look forward to serving you in the future.
