  Where do I even begin with the outstanding relationship my wife and I have built with McNeil Robinson and Bay Mortgage... When we purchased our first home in 2012, NcNeil was able to get us exactly what we needed to buy as first time homeowners and ensured that we got the best deals throughout the process - his knowledge of the area and the market was also a huge asset. When we purchased our second home, the process was even easier. To top it all off, the personal touch we have received by everyone in their office has been above and beyond amazing. We send everyone we know looking to buy a home to Bay Mortgage and will continue to do so for years to come.

  My wife Gabby & I were extremely impressed with McNeill and his staff at BMC. They helped these first time homebuyers with any questions we had being new to house buying. Closing was right on schedule, along with getting us an amazing interest rate. I would recommend BMC to anyone!

  I was sent here by another bank and I was looking forward to working with McNeil Robinson and then I was told by the receptionist 2-3 days I’ll hear something back never did and anytime I talked to McNeil I had to call him or leave a voicemail there was no communication at all between him and I he never told me if I was approved or not approved never gave me any information all I would get was a “I’m working on it buddy” which is extremely frustrating because I was very impatient at that point and I called again and said “how’re things looking?” He said “you’re getting pretty close to closing huh?” I said “what’re you talking about? I’m not even pre approved and you’re talking about closing” he said “what Parker and I talking to?” I said “Gilreath” and he said again “I’m working on it buddy” so I was done at that point I wouldn’t recommend this mortgage company at all.
