  We really enjoyed working with TJ. He helped us break down each cost line-by-line and was so incredibly patient, answering any questions we had, both the acute and the obtuse. He also took the time to talk with us, holding our hand every step of the way and made sure our concerns were attended to. I would highly recommend TJ to anyone and everyone, and am looking forward to working with him again when we buy our next house!!

  Randy was extremely professional from start to finish. He is very easy to work with. Communication is outstanding. His program for the online portion is very simple to understand and easy to use. Everyone on his team was fantastic which made for a great experience along the whole way. His knowledge allowed him to give me advice in some areas where I feel like other brokers would have fallen short. Also, Randy was able to complete my loan process extremely fast! I have a friend who started his refinance well before I did. He is using Quicken Loans. He has been working with them over 2 months and still has not closed. I got mine done with Randy in a little over 2 weeks. I have already referred Randy to a family member and they are working together now. I will continue to refer him in the future

  TJ and team made the whole process buying a home easier to deal with. They made it easy to see what documents needed to be in and when and were always quick to respond to questions. TJ would often respond to email or calls after normal business hours which has not been my experience with other lenders. I have and continue to suggest him to anyone looking for real estate in the area.

  Unsure that we'd even qualify to refinance, we hesitated to approach TJ. But, we are so thrilled we did. He and his team handled everything so efficiently and professionally. The online portal made the sharing of the required documents easy. We qualified for a great rate and a shorter term. In a year of a lot of bad news, Bay Equity shines way above everything else for one great 2020 experience.
