If you reach them for help I assure you, they will do their best to guarantee you a good solution.   I was going to call corporate on an office in San Antonio on Austin hwy. But I see where they get their customer service from. Wow. They need a whole new crew to run this business. I'm not surprised.

  The worst ... my company gave me a Christmas cash bonus and I can't send it to my family because there is no proof of that money in a bank ... customer service is terrible the legal compliance supervisor, Brenda Benze, I throw the phone, its negligent operators to see that I told them to return my money, I deposit it in the bank, I withdraw it and I send my statement from the bank that proves I was in a bank .. ???? What ignorance ...

  I have sent money orders to my country and I have never had any bad service, nor a bad attention or something unpleasant in this financial, its services in almost nine years I am using it is excellent.

  I give it a star and it is too much. It is a lack of respect as they work, starting with the manager area they are exploiters with their employees. On a seventh occasion I sat down to eat in a place where there is a neighborhood where I sent money. the employee abia a woman treating her very resio very abusive was her manager and made her cry. I will never forget that girl's face, when she came out I asked her why she put up with that and she answered I have children to support. That does not give anyone the right to abuse and less to that lady. it is time that they take measures there is a lot of abuse so the employees do not do their job well

  It's horrible how they treat customers there. When she is a woman they are serious and pedantic and when they see a man like they go crazy and attend to them as if they were gods. especially the one on the l45 aldine bender. There is a rusty blond lady, a chaparra who seems to be angry ... who is in front, who according to is the barri partner, crazy old woman.
