  Not what they used to be. They financed me last year for a vehicle and it was a Seamless process. Staff were kind and courteous. Fast forward to recently, and I was denied two loans because they will not finance vehicles with over 100,000 miles. They also raised their interest rates and are very vague about their loans. The staff, on three Seperate visits have been extremely rude to me and have acted like I was a burden. I was asked to leave the office to "accommodate other customers" what the hell? I've since sold my vehicle and thy have taken a WEEK to finalize my loan. I've called many times just to be put on hold for 45 minutes or get no call back. Dealer got impatient so I'm financing elsewhere with more attractive APR and flexibility.

  Went to this particular branch of bfcu, to make a deposit. We stopped here because of the coin machine. Unfortunately it was out of order. We did have the coins rolled so that wasn't much of an issue, at least I thought it wasn't. The teller was extremely rude she stated "well, I will do it for you this time, but you need to have your account number just in case we need to debit or credit your account if it's not right" I replied that we wanted to use the coin machine buy it's out of service, are you writing the number on there now? she says yes, I said let me help. I told her we have turned coins in before and no one has ever said anything about the account number. The point is there was no excuse for her attitude, just state that the account number needs to be in the wrapper, not act like she is doing a favor. We will not return to this branch, because of the lack of customer service. There are many other branches to visit with polite tellers.

  Excellent staff, plentiful parking. Electronic waiting system. Usually well staffed with 3-5 tellers and short waiting period for in-bank transactions. Large lobby and lots of seating.
