      It's only 3:28 on a monday and no one is here. I suggest you update the times on when you are really here or not and if everyone in the building is on lunch break all at the same time then it wouldn't be hard to add that to the window. Much appreciated.

      If 0 would have been an option, I would have given this bank 0. We dealt with Stephanie Hillard for a boat loan and it was a complete nightmare. For one, the lack of knowledge on boat loans was extremely concerning. We were told one thing and it would always end up wrong. We couldn't get responses in a timely manner. We were treated as more of an inconvienence than a customer simply because we had questions and concerns and weren't afraid to voice them. Will no longer be doing business with Barksdale Federal.

      Watch them, they rearrange your transactions to try get you more overdrafts. They will stack them large to small when your balance gets below a certain amount. Good thing there is a thing called screen shots. Capital one and some other banks were sued for doing this. When your payday falls on a weekend, instead of it hitting that friday, it hits the following Monday. My wife gets paid on the first, all of her Co workers got paid on Friday the 30th od Dec, today is the second of January and her money still hasn't hit. They say it's because today is the observed new year. Everytime the first lands on a weekend her co-workers who bank at other places get paid that Friday, she doesn't get paid till that Monday.

      Terrible experience was on hold for 20 minutes with no help at all ended up hanging up. I thought this location was good, but this changed my mind.
