Virginia Small1Received notice that my branch will be closing, and called to see where the next closest branch is located. On hold for 25 minutes so far so I wouldn't rate them very highly. And their repeating message about high call volume just annoyed the daylights out of me. This bank needs some training in customer service. Ah, for the days of the Otter Bank of Brandon; I loved that bank and then there was Lake Sunapee, no great shakes. and now the less than stellar Bar Harbor Bank that doesn't answer the phone. Oh, so Brandon and Quechee are closing as well as West Rutland. Why don't you just move out of Vermont altogether?
