      Had to close an old account and open a new one. They made the process so easy. And they were extremely kind and understanding. The woman who helped me was very patient and willing to answer any questions I had. Best bank experience I hav had in a long time.

      This place is a joke!! If you pay something off it should get reported that it was paid in full then not wait til the end of the month when its convenient for them. Nobody could give me a solid answer when I inquired about it just got the run around. So make sure not even a partial payment behind if you pay something off early because it will report negative even if you pay it off a year early!
