      The sweet lady went out of her way to make my bad day a pleasant day. I've banked with Banterra for awhile. Always been a good experience but yesterday she helped straighten out something plus listened to me ramble. Then there was a sweet lady that helped me with my Pin for my debit card. If you want a great banking experience, I highly recommend Banterra bank. Especially the one in Ridgway. They treat their customers like family.

      Horrible bank they frauded me out of 800 bucks...I have a non overdrawable account...I have never over drawed in two years...but just so happens it happens when my stimulus comes in rude people worst bank ever SCAM ARTIST!!!!!

      They are good folks that work there. Easy to talk to about ur banking issues. The only thing I dont like is online banking u can only do so many transfers before they start charging u.
