  Switching to Banner Bank for our business accounts was the best decision! They are so easy and friendly to work with. All of the employees greet with me as smile and are happy to help me with transactions. Wire transfers & bank checks are a breeze too.   I opened my account in June of 2021. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by more than one staff member. I felt like I was in a private home and not a bank because everyone was so warm and welcoming including Kerry and Pablo. Both were very professional and Pablo made sure I left the bank with plenty of new account "swag". All of my interactions with the staff in person and over the phone have been amazing! I recommend this bank to everyone I know!

  The employees at Banner Bank are always friendly and professional. I’m impressed that they know my name when I walk in the bank. Their staff made obtaining a line of credit an easy process for me. I really appreciate their expertise and that they are always there to answer any questions that I have.

  I love Banner Bank! Their customer service is top notch. The tellers and manager are very friendly and whenever I have a question I can email the bank and get a rapid response. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

  I have banked at Banner Bank for a few years now. I have multiple business and personal bank accounts there including an HSA account. I couldn’t be more pleased with their service! Both in person banking and the online tools are amazing. I use their app also and it could not be any easier or user friendly.

  Who would have thought that a bank could make such a difference to a small business owner!? That has been my experience. If you want personal and thoughtful customer service in the Temecula area, you need to contact Banner Bank! They are the best!

  What would we do without Banner Bank of Temecula. Banner Bank is Medium Size National Bank, this means they are larger and more effective than local regional banks and more efficient and user friendly than the horrible, 'don’t care' large box bank like…. Well you know. We have been with Banner Bank of Temecula since they began. They are our personal and business bank. Highly recommend Banner Bank.

  I wish I can give zero stars instead of one. Very bad teller working at the site. Worst customer service ever seen. I closed an home equity line paid the closing fee and asked the teller to provide documentation that its closed she said I should contact the loan officer guess what I do not have a loan officer because banner bank issued the loan. Teller didn't want to help very unpleasant person. Even a zero star is too much.
