      The worst customer service experience.... can't cash a check with the bak we have used forever but allows deposit to be made all day long....

      Very disappointed. I am new to the area and had done some research to find just the right new bank. I was alone in the lobby and 2 tellers were talking. I went to one of the windows and was told that the other would take care of me. I moved to the other window was was greeted with frustration that their computer system was real slow. She completed a transaction with one of the drive thru customers and came back and started counting a money deposit. The other person just stood there looking around. I saw enough to know I was in the wrong place. A new search begins.
