      I love that you can call and an actual person answers the phone and they are happy to help. I frequent three different locations in my area and the service at each branch location has always been great as well.

      Bad customer service they should close, did wire transfer today to make important payment , customer service called and told me i could not do wire today because deposit that i made 2 days ago not clear on my account , she lie to me i got print screen with date and time show funds available on my account , cant use my own money, lost the closing today and maybe lost the deal also , spoke with lawyer and im taking legal action on this branch. Not first time that i have issues at this branch.

      Usually I don't put this low of stars on reviews… however, since they have no real option for loans to be paid online unless you have an account, they open when people go to work and they close before people get off, and i've tried multiple times to talk to the loan office and the local bank to figure out why my loan is extended without justification. The score is justified.

      Bad customer service deposit atm not working couldn't make deposit at window because they close early.

Our locations in Buford and Braselton both have deposit accepting ATM's.
