  I have a account that I don't use much but wanted to using and close my arvest account, well let me tell you why I decided against that. Before I even went to this branch I called to make sure I didn't need any other information besides my drivers license to register for another debit card... i had misplaced mine I put it up bc I didn't use this bank, the women rude and horrible at providing help

  Seriously the only bank that makes u come inside to cash a check and then stare at u for 15 min b4 asking if they can help u... Go somewhere else

  Christmas season and they wouldn't return my first overdraft fee in years of being a customer. No wonder the HQ is so ostentatious.

  The bank is pretty on the outside, and there are always plenty of tellers available to help you. However, whether it is management or just the actual employees, they are always so unhelpful. Their motto is "Sorry I can't help you." Plenty of excuses why. Luckily the bank next door (Southern Bancorp) are friendly and have swooped in to help me when they refused, each time.

  I only selected one because you cant give them a zero.worst bank I've ever used.i hugely suggest you find another banking establishment.

  The mobile app is terrible needs to be fixed . it locks me out every time I log in I'm so frustrated I'm just going to delete the app.
