  Yeah my auto note was 5 years as of April, 2020 they’re still calling asking for payments. As of October 2019, they said we owed 9 more payments, then when we questioned them about our balance 5/3/2020, they told us it was a six year contract..... very deceitful, also I wouldn’t send a dead dog to do business with bank of the west!

  Do you like the way they treat my parents and that’s not OK so I don’t recommend if I start with this bank business and they close the account if you’re you don’t have enough money or your overdraft and even to take money from your CD to pay the overdraft fee they still close your account and if you’ve been a member of your the bank for 25 to 30 years this is how they thank you they said they want to do business with you I would not want to do business with them either anymore I’ll give you an F minus for a business waited

  Customer service is very poor. Extremely long hold times on the phone. No calls backs as "promised". Verry. Very frustrating.

  This is not a branch. It is an administrative office. No ATM here.

  I’ve been there three times and haven’t had an office, so I should cancel it to avoid wasting time
