  Sent my letters saying to " update my records " and I tried to call several times, but nobody picked up. When I returned to the states. I received a letter and a check giving me the notice they closed my account. I did a loan with your bank 0 missed payments, always on time. And you cannot return a phone call, and send my businesses money in a paper check that could have easily been lost. Treat me like a piece of garbage. Well your bank is garbage. I'm reporting this as well, and I'll share my experience both domestically and abroad to never bank with BNP Paribas or Bank of the Garbage west.

  I’ve used this bank for years through work as it is the closest bank to our business. However, every time I go back I wish I hadn’t. It takes over 20 minutes every time for a change order and a loan payment. Half the time the loan payment isn’t part of the transaction and it still takes over 20 minutes. I’m not sure where the issue stems from but it runs deep in the business.

  They didn't lower their flag to half maston Saturday, August 28. Only business that did not. Shameful display of disrespect for military deaths and presidential decree. I called customer service at 8 am and had to wait 45minutes for an agent. Poor customer service overall.

  This bank has made it nearly impossible to do business with them. They are rarely open and absolutely never open for hours they’re convenient to the rest of the working population.

  We were long time customers of Bank of the West until Kyle ( branch manager at 168tth and Harrison ) called. He told us we were not depositing enough in our account ( we are a non profit ) and we only qualified for the “lowest” business account. We have closed the account . The shocking part is he didn’t seem to care and his explanation seemed scripted. In light of everything going on in the world , it was unbelievable that a bank of this size would have that kind of uncaring / crass customer service. Time to move on.

  I have banked at this location for years. Very nice people and always helpful! Thanks Nicole for your help at the drive thru!
