  Came here 6 mins before 5pm Monday & already closed when I came from across town. Very slow last time I was in without giving space between cashiers for covid safety when plenty of space to do so. I have to come inside the bank to deposit my checks because their automated deposit system has a 50/50 chance of kicking back my checks because there's my name & my minor foster child's name on it as well & this is the bank County Of Sacramento makes its payments through or I would have already left this bank long ago.

  Where do I begin? The Team at this branch is awesome! Everyone is so professional and eager to help in any way that they can with small and large transactions. I want to give a shout-out to Jennifer, Monica, Randy, Madison, Sherry and Jeff for a job well done every day! Thank you so much, I'm so impressed by all of you!

  My experience with the this branch was positive until I recently deposited a check through the ATM. They put a 10 day hold on it , it is a tax return check and this is literally taking food from my children's mouths. I am a single mother with no support . I went inside the bank on Friday and explained my situation to the manager, he could take the hold off but said he will check again on Monday. So it's going to be a long weekend. This is not fair or reasonable I deposited the check on the 31st. My account was overdrawn 20 dollars if they would have upgraded my account like they should have over a year ago I would have overdraft protection.

  Great staff. Nice local bank. Big enough to meet your need, but not a nation-wide giant that doesn't care about customers. Parking is ok off of west bound El Camino, or north bound Watt via shopping center parking lot.

  The manager there was top notch she should get a raise and a paid vacation she helped me out, when I was stuck and had no options ..very kind person there should be more people like this in the world first class.

  GREAT staff. I've had lots of banking issues (my fault) and they've been wonderful in helping me straighten them out.
