  Worst and slowest processing system I have ever seen. Took in a cashiers check to pay off a loan and it is going to take them 5-7 days to process it. It is a cashier's check not a personal check. The bank I had issue the check would not have issued it if there was not money to issue it. Please join 2020 and do things in a timely manner.

  Have had to them almost a month now can’t use my money the app has blocked any deposits and they litterally told me that I need to drive an hour to their location and stand in the lobby and call the online help which has about an hour wait time so that the block can be lifted which is not what the online help told me oh yeah and I still have no debit card which renders my money useless

  Needed help with a debit card cash advance (I'm from PA) and Valerie was VERY helpful. Reminded me of my small hometown bank with the attitude of the employees.

  I hated it I go to cash my check from an insurance company they tell me that I don't have enough funds to cash it but she will give me 100 and leave the rest until it clears. So I leave there go to las cruces where they cash my check

  What's up with the hours? really 9:30-4:00. While the other banks open earlier and close at 5:00. UUUGGGHHHH
