      Worst bank ever. Banked there for 33 years. Over the last couple years everything has become a hassle charging fees for every little thing. Payed over 300 dollars in fees in just the last couple months when a free checking was promised and was not given. On top of that closing my accounts was a big hassle and was charged another 100 dollars just weeks of me closing accounts. Do not recommend

      Been with them for years and am very pleased that I made the switch. Attentive and approachable staff. The drive thru is a big plus. Their loan staff is also great. They were diligent, polite and not in the least bit pushy. Everybody banks with B of A. If you are looking to make the switch to a bank that is more personable and costumer oriented, look no further

      After waiting a half hour to open a business account I was finally met by a banker who told me she wasn’t sure how to open a business account bc she’s never done one. And that she’s the only one there who opens accounts. How is this even possible?! Miserable experience makes me want to never go there again!!! I’ll travel 150 miles to go to a different branch.
