  Nicolette and Bryan are always accommodating my last second banking needs and always with a smile. My Kings Beach location temporarily closed so coming here is just an east drive and well worth how I was treated and felt local. Thank you team for all of your help!!

  This branch is never open! I have been a costomer since the beach opened but will be closing all accounts just as soon as they open again

  We've been with B of the W since they opened in TC, and we have ALWAYS been treated very well by any and all people there. They have helped us through some unscrupulous attempts at getting to our banking information, and they helped us with our HELOC as well. I always feel welcome there and know many of the people there on a first name basis. Great place because of the people who work there!

  We have been customers of Bank of the West for over 25 years and I have never had such poor customer service as I have had at the branch in Tahoe City. I drove up to the window and the teller had such a bad attitude when she found out that I didn't have deposit slips and she told me, "this is absolutely unacceptable!". Unbelievable, so what is she getting paid for???

  Horrible loan officer. Definitely doesn't understand her job.
