  I have been a customer's almost since the bank opened. The entire staff is always treated me well. There has been a couple small issues that have come up and they have always resolve the issue immediately. I am not a fan of big corporate tight bang and so this is why I love Bank of the Rockies

  When my card was used fraudulently, BOTR refused to address the situation or help me in any way to get my money back. Over $400, that I know of, in less than 6 months. Not a happy customer!

  Very Rude Lady Working the phones, hard to do business when people are genuinely and verbally unwilling to be kind to others.

  I bank at the helena bank and everyone there no's you.I am at Billings Cancer Center till March,when I needed to get some money,no problem, they put all my loans together and loaned me the money since I was going to be of work.thank you. Pat and Ingrid Inman
