Kaleigh Friestad5I'm giving 5 stars to Jeremy. I had a situation with my utility company pushing a check through multiple times after receiving payment already and being charged fees by them and the bank. I was very upset and frustrated after getting the run around from the utility companies billing dept. but Jeremy was very helpful and comforting in letting me know he would make sure it was taken care of. I definitely won't forget his excellent customer service!

Valerie scott1Very slow!! Always at least 10 minute wait sometimes longer. May have to do with the fact that every few weeks they have new employees working the drive thru. Im not sure if they can't keep help or what is going on. Staff today on the phone 2 times replied mmmhhh when I said thank you. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I use this bank through my job to drop off deposits. I would never bank here personally.

Mary Balagna1I was in town to volunteer at an event downtown. I am recovering from an ankle injury and realized when I came got close to my venue that I was short 4 quarters which I needed in order to park at a meter closer to the event (rather than the parking garage). I stopped by the drive up on Madison Street to see if I could exchange my dollar bill for quarters to put in the parking meter. I was told that unless I had an account or was willing to open an account your bank would not allow workers to give me any quarters. I explained my situation, but she again declined. I understand that there are privileges given to those who have accounts with your bank, but I believe this was a time where you could have made an exception. I believe this was very poor advertising for your bank and very poor customer service as well.

Monica James1I took an elderly woman into the bank to open an account. She had an expired ID. They said they were unable to accept it. So we went to the sec of state and got a new one. We went back and the young man said he was unable to accept the new temporary ID issued by the state. ?????? Then he told her the only way they would be able to accept her new ID was only if she still had the old one. Wait a minute, you need the old one you just refused to accept an hour ago in order to use the new one???? Then the old one slipped out of her hand when she gave it the young man and the lady helping the guy yelled at the potential customer "Do not throw your ID at us ma'am". This elderly woman has Parkinson. They were so disrespectful to the woman that I was sick to my stomach. They clearly treated her as if she was some low life not worthy of their services. I wouldn't put my money in this bank if they PAID me too!

Iamthe bd5Very convenient location being a few blocks away. Always a great chance to get a walk in. Staff have been friendly and helpful on a daily basis. On an unrelated note, I get compliments on the debit card all the time whenever traveling.
