  The people working in the Huntington Park Branch are really really nice, however their mandate guidance is very poor, clients are not priority and telephone inquires are almost impossible since the numbers don't work.

  Went to go cash out a check. They said they couldn’t cash out the check but my employer gave them the ok. Been waiting over 2 hours and still can’t cash out my check. Very poor service

  i went twice to cash a check, i provide social, id, they called my employer still they didn't cash my check... i wait over 20 minutes, very poor customer service.... we as customer deserve better attention disappointing experience

  Manager at this branch doesn’t know what she’s doing. Couldn’t tell me why I couldn’t cash out my check. Brought my ID / SS, even called employer to verify the check and still couldn’t get my check cashed.

  This is a nice bank all the workers are nice to help you out what ever you need

  Horrible bank. I went to ask for their service; and a security guy stood by my side looking not too friendly. And the clerk that attended me look like she hate her job, does not want to help. Any way that place look dark, empty, and dislikable.
