  Bank Manager Mr. Michael Kelly is discriminatory against the handicapped and elderly. Caused recent numerous financial issues for a friend and wonderful family. He should be fired and exposed. I wonder if the Bank President knows of his practices? Take your business elsewhere. Rotten person and coward !!!!

  First off, I"m not a review writer. But I felt compelled to share my experience. I've never experienced such an unprofessional environment nor been treated so poorly.I'm a local business owner and as such wanted to keep my funds in the county. So it took me over 5 visits and being told that I brought the wrong information after clarifying specifically on the phone what I needed. This last round I had every business paper work needed and has a piss poor experience with these very unhappy miserable people. Well - To start, entering the building I approached the desk where I told the teller I'd like to open a business account : she starts laughing. Out of the blue like that so I had to ask her what was so funny, then I am offhandedly told to go wait. A woman comes out doesn't even ask me how I'm doing or introduce herself then has me sit for another 10 minutes while she goes over paperwork. Next thing I know the 'manager' comes out with a smug sassy grin and ask IF I"M GROWING MARIJUANA ?!! What THE HELL is wrong with you people - I told them that's is Illegal and if I was why in my right mind would I try to come open an account with you?!? That being said they ended up telling me basically that I still didn't have what they needed and to come back again, K thanks bye. This is absurd and ludicrous and certainly unprofessional behavior. I've chosen to go with Bank Of America - they would courteous, professional and happy to take my money. Thanks to these unhappy probably miserable ladies Bank of Greene County lost a local customer.

  They keep closing the atm drive up and I had to keep going to another bank close by and was charged atm fees and now they won't reimburse me unless I have the receipts and told me also to go to the other bank to get reimbursed when the other bank isnt my bank.

  I have banked here for more than 20 years, My Only Issue is Sometimes the ATM is Not Working. Everyone is ALWAYS Very Friendly.😆

  Very slow service 2 drive thru lanes open only 1 moving 20 plus minutes waiting. One of the worst banking experiences I have ever had
