  The experience with BOE was amazing. Heather has been an all-star in helping with the process from start to finish. I have purchased 2 homes with Bank of England in the last year.   Hi it is my pleasure to write a review for one of the Best Mortgage Company I have ever had a personal experience with. I am excited with my new loan that I closed on this year! The staff is PHENOMENAL! I am a very skeptic person. The loan officer and his assistance were the best of team to work with. From the beginning, he was so gentle with me. He knew I was nervous about the process and uncomfortable about giving out my personal information. But still, he was very understanding, professional, knowledgeable, caring and on top of everything I need to make it happen. The staff was never short with me, and I was provided with more than one team member to make sure I had a point of contact with someone at all time. Never did I call and was left on hold wondering will someone answer me back. I received great feed back every time. The staff member brought this wonderful woman as a team player to make sure this mortgage loan worked for me, they were WONDERFUL! I would use this MORTGAGE COMPANY AGAIN FOR FUTURE LOANS, AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE! Miracles does happen!

  Tommy, Stacy & his team were outstanding to work with. It is always a bit worrisome working with loan officers whom you have never worked with before, making sure you can have faith in them to get the job done. There was never a time during our transaction that I felt worried. Tommy & his team were ON IT! It made my clients have a stress free home buying experience.   The entire BOE Mortgage team was first class and top notch from start to finish. Our lender Parker McClure was always in constant contact - able to clearly explain where we were in the process - what would come next and what we could expect. He didn’t make promises and was very transparent with regard to what rates and pricing we could expect. When he did give us a close date it was the date we closed! This was our first home purchase we had plenty of questions and last minute freak outs but Parker and his team were just the best. When we had questions he was readily available. I can’t say enough good things about him or our experience except that BOE will be the only lender we ever use. Thanks to Parker and Sara and the entire underwriting team at BOE.

  I am beyond grateful for the team I worked with at Bank of England Mortgage: Dana, Nichole, Sara, Amy and Kelsey. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable but professional, helpful and had a true concern to make our very difficult situation happen. Without a doubt, if I was not working with this lender, there is no way we would have closed on our home.   I have worked with Albin on the purchase of two homes now and have had nothing but good experiences with both him and BOE. A major investment such as buying a home can be extremely stressful, so having a lender who is with you at every step of the process, clearly communicates with both you and your realtor, and is available day and night to answer questions (there were a lot of them), is invaluable. I recommend Albin and BOE and would not hesitate to use them again the next time we purchase a home.
