      The fact i have to call an ask permission to spend my own money when i go over their "limit" thats smaller than a trip to the grocerie store is trash.

      They don't have an ATM where you can deposit cash or checks. It's 2021. I shouldn't have to hope the bank is open so I can do these basic things

      Low atm fees, been banking with them a long time now and have never had a problem. I'll accidently over draft and all I have to do is call and explain my situation and they won't charge me the over draft fees.

      Should have ZERO stars. This is by far the WORST bank you can ever open an account with. DODGE this whole bank, it will prevent you from using your OWN money. Go somewhere else.
