Greg Hamilton1I came here to open a business account and due to covid, I was asked to come back another day. I made an appointment and the banker called to confirm the date and time. When I showed up I patiently waited, only to have the banker take another customer who waited without an appointment. When I confronted them about this they acted as if they were not aware.

Maria Corpeno5I had an amazing experience here today. I was greeted right away by Joseph (manager) and he was super friendly and informative. He checked in with me right away and told me to take a seat (it was busy) but to my surprise I didn’t even wait 2 minutes. He then walked me over and introduced me to Shana and he explained in brief words my needs. Shana took care of me fast but she did not rush me at all. She was super informative, sweet and professional. They are even helping me towards the best credit I can have. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for taking my time into consideration. The bank also smelled really good. Before I left Jospeh made sure I was happy and I was. Thank you again!

Jen Von1I had called this location for an hour and I had been hung up on (Phone picked up and then hung up), called again and it just rang and rang. I had lost my purse at the ATM and just needed to see if anyone turned it in.
