Anthony DeDominicis5No issues with this branch, unlike some of the negative reviews. They helped with our loan closing, and everything went smoothly. Bank here on a regular basis. It’s a small local office with three (maybe four) employees working at a given time. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Ignore the negative reviews. Some people expect too much.

This bank gets worse and worse. The most unhelpful employees ever. Instead of having me contact you in Twitter why don’t you go observe the terrible service at this location. Absolutely terrible. It’s laughable

Eric Milewski1I cash checks at lots of local banks every week from different customers. Without issue. Ever. Literally every single time I attempt to cash a customers check at this branch location they look at me as if in trying to commit fraud, insist something is wrong with the signature and insist on needing to call check writer to verify. During the day people are at work and not always available to answer the phone and they refuse to cash check. I drive ten minutes down the road to the medway branch am greeted with a smile and they cash the very same check without question issue or phone call. If your under 50 and heaven forbid have a tattoo or two and refuse their solicitations to open an account right there and then...you will be treated automatically as if you are a criminal up to something and they wont work to help you or their own customer. Its judgemental and discriminatory. I apologize for the long rant here but this is the umpteenth time I have had them waste over an hour of my time and day and cause my customers an unnecessary hassle and headache and this is apparently the only forum or Avenue I have to officially lodge a complaint. And they continue to wonder why I continue to refuse to bank with them. And they charge me 8$ to cash their own checks which absolutely not one local bank does. Citizens is the only other one to do that. Dont waste your time just keep driving to medway or needham. Shame on you bank of America medfield. Every review here is overwhelmingly negative....you should really look into that.

Matt McCabe5I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. Whether it be at the counter, or with a customer service rep. If you need something beyond ordinary counter services, making an appointment is a great way to go. They’ve met expectations for me.

NadiaK1Useless I’ve wasted 20 min and was not helped- don’t behave like robots your not catching fraud but causing inconvenience for us normal customers . If I can provide you with three forms of I’d while standing in front of you to validate in fact it is me you should be able to not waste my time on ur robotic policy and help.
