  Tired of 2 cancelled appointments. One in West Linn and one in Lake Oswego. Made my 3rd appointment in Wilsonville and finally got into a bank. Please get your branches opened.

  They closed it and the only notification was piece of paper taped to the front door! I wish I owned them money! I would say “sorry I’m closed get back to you sometime” unprofessional!

  Ever since I opened up my account 5 years ago I have never gone 3 months straight without having some sort of issue at the ATM. People inside are disinterested in customer service and don’t care if you get your money on time. 0/5 stars if possible they are C(o)ck suckers. 100% better off with Wells Fargo and chase.

  I am so tired of NOT being able to go into a bank when I need it. Some things can't be done online. The rest of the country is open for business...why not the banks!!!!

  BofA has always done an outstanding job for me. They are quick to respond and usually exceed my expectations. I have banked with them now for 20 years.

  Very disappointed with the service I received from this branch. I have a joint account & they did not want to give me money from the account because I did not have a BofA card in my name. I had several pieces of ID with my picture. The last straw was Monday when I called to meet with Vicky, the branch manager, I spoke to her, she gave me an appointment time. I got there for my appointment & Vicky was not in. Instead I was met by their “relationship manager” I had met with this person before & she was not knowledgeable in what I was there to discuss. She told me Vicky was on vacation for a week. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for my banking needs.

  I am new to this bank. Our Scout troop has an account with them. I have been very impressed with their customer service and professionalism. Their convenient location near Safeway is also a plus. I have found their online website easy to navigate as well. Overall I am very pleased.
