      Pretty good little small town bank. Was not helpful when we had a dispute. They said they would if I reached out to the other company and once I showed up at the bank changed their minds. But other than that, they are always friendly and we barely have any problems. Also, they always have great jam at Christmas time!

      Do not recommend. They refuse to send a dispute until you reach out to all the companys who fraudulently accepted your money. I was also told that they couldn't stop any pending fraudulent charges, they can only stop the use on my card. I was also told if I went negative in my acct that I would be responsible for the over draft charge. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

      A bank employee divulged my personal information to a non bank affiliate nor did she have permission to do so. Her actions clearly violated the privacy act. I notified the Bank President of her actions. He did nothing! I clearly would not recommend a place such as this that does not value their customers.
