  Bank Independent is simply the best bank my wife and I have ever used. (We will never go back to a national chain bank.) The service is amazing and it’s nice to have loan decisions made locally.

  How exactly can a bank loose your money? After the manager played the blame game on everyone except themselves she pretty much called us stupid. After we informed her that we would be taking our business elsewhere the MANAGER hung up. How professional? We have had nothing but trouble from bank independent the past few months.

  I wouldn't have any other bank but this one..They have been like family and i couldn't be more thankful for the people behind the counter,drive thur, even the ones on the floor they alway greet you with a smile and treat you as one of thier family members.. So if you want a bank you know will treat you right head on over the Bank Independents were you will become more then just a person you become family..Thanks guys for all that you do going over and beyond keep it up..#Love this Bank!!!
