  BANK has help me with both of my car loans. I had never borrowed before so I had tons of questions, they were able to answer them all. Great customer service from all staff members. Ann even made a jingle to help me memorize my account number. :)

  Brooklyn helped me refinance my mortgage and was so helpful. The online process was so easy to use and she answered my many questions without batting an eye. It was a great mortgage experience!

  I love BANK and the app as it is easy to use and I can deposit checks into my account from anywhere! I don’t have to physically go into one of the locations to do so! The employees at the Wapello branch are very friendly which makes it nice when you do need to go into the branch location.
