W W1They gave me a run around about paying my overdraft fee until it actually went to collections in just under a week thanks ! Mind you I'm on the east coast now and the letter had just reached me and it was already done by the time I called to check on it I never had a problem with Popular Bank but from 0-10. I give this bank and their customer service a -10 affecting my credit over a one time occurrence it's just diculous.
