  We had a great experience with Bailey & Wood. Always delivered on their word and were 100% up front with it all. Steve Hostetter was great to work with, he and the whole team rocked! We put an offer in on a house that we ended up walking away from and they were nothing but supportive the whole time. 6 month later we made a purchase on another house.

  I have never had such a bad experience with a mortgage company. Steve didn’t lock in our rate on time causing us hundreds of more dollars a month than it should have been. We were constantly asked for the same document over and over. No one in the company was on the same page. There was no to little communication throughout the process. We closed late because they waited until the last minute to ask for documents that they were given once already. I would never recommend the company especially Steve. Closing costs and how much we had to pay before closing constantly changed on us (going up).

  I personally worked with Steve and his team! They were all amazing to work with and the process flowed so well. They were able to answer my questions in a timely manner and closing went so smooth! I would highly recommend and would use them again!

  I highly recommend working with this group of individuals. I just bought my very first house and Steve and Jathni hurried the process along and made it so I could close early! They were very communicative and answered any questions I had. Steve even came to my closing and explained some things that I would've never thought to ask about as a new home owner.
