Tamara Heyman2Dan was fast amazing finding me a SUV, which turned out to backfire bc they sold me a suv with big mechanical issue. They knew i was 7months pregnant at the time with a one year old who needed a reliable save suv. I paid cash for my suv. With a 3 month warranty.It took them over three months to process a title and registration in my name after i numerous times called and complained. I left their lot not even 30 mins on highway home, engine light kicks on, and theres noise ticking call dan he say take it to advance auto have them hook it up tell to tell him whats wrong. I had numerous codes, regarding catalyic converters and evaporator leak. He said they take care of it. Sent me to engles auto they fixed my wheel bairing, then stated once they informed dan how much my catalyic was gonna be to fix he said wes refuse to pay that much they look elsewhere. Months go by they dogged fixing my vechicle. I called numerous times, they said they find me another vechicle, never did. Wes never calls me back, i show up he never in dealership. In my county they require emission sticker, i cant pass state inspection and dealership knew this since day 1 selling me the vechicle. Wes is the worse manager who dogges his customers when theres a issue. I had many mechanics look at suv and the severity of my issue they stated theres no way dealership didnt know. They def took advantage of a young pregnant mother in need of a reliable suv. I dont reccomend their service, i will never return my service, im in process trying to get all my money back and turn their vechicle back to them.

Rebecca Overly1Sold truck with no inspection which is illegal in pa if truck is not road worthy!!!! lied about hole in frame and cracks in frame so will not pass inspection, and fraudulent paper work would not recommend.... once they get your money the will not call you back!!!!!

Brittany Martin1They did a great job getting me into the car I wanted and working with me he whole way! My stupid self wanted the car so bad I drove it off the lot that day! The owner told me if any problems call me and I will take care of you! I heard knocking when hitting bumps! So I called the owner and he sent me to Bernies on 119. Bernie called and told me it needed all around breaks and rotors and struts! When speaking with Dan at Auto Credit Connection he asked if i would drive it for a few weeks I would turn the struts into warranty! So I did! And guess what the warranty doesn't cover the struts. So I call Dan and ask him if they be able to help me with any of the charges of $600 for the struts. Dan replied with if the warranty doesn't cover it the no we will not. Needless to say I thought I was working with a pretty decent car light up until this time I've only had the car for about two months! Sincerely, a very disappointed customer!
