  My spouse goes there for services for his job. Male worker was and is always very rude and unprofessional, threw a penny and a pen at him. No respect for their patrons at all. This place is a hole in the wall anyway and they need tips on their customer service

  Went there for Western union money transfer. The lady wrote my name wrong and when I asked her to fix it. She wrote down a number and told me to call that number and fix it! Plus she wasn't apologetic at all!!! And she talks to her co workers as if I was making it a big deal! She can't even copy 6 Words!!! Not professional at all!

  I went to to cash my check. She says she needs to text a pic of it to her boss. He replies saying they don’t accept because my company wasn’t registered with their system. How would anyone cash their check here for the first time ?!? Told me sorry I needed to deposit in my bank account. If I had one this wouldn’t be an issue...

  Horrible service. The people that work there are so rude. Never again am i going to set foot in that place. They have a horrible attitude, if you dont like your job dont work there. Miserable people.

  They can't even provide pen,i asked one of the worker and she's aggressively answered me back with something negative in spanish language.Not goi ng to do business with this location again

  If you do not speak spanish or your friends dont work here it is best to not go to this place, they choose who they want to help next it is not a first come first serve this location is for spanish speakers only that is how you get treated kindly here

  This is the worst shipping store in all of New York please stay away from this place all people are rude and do not have a level of intelligence but not the least !!! They are behind that Window because the truth God is great because the truth does not even deserve to say good morning! I come back and I repeat, do not go to this store, take your money to other places where if they help you and give you a better service because these people do not have Ethics, I do not understand how the owner can give work to all those people !!! IF THEY WANT TO GO TO LA WORST SHIPPING STORE THEY ARE IN THE BEST PLACE BECAUSE THIS IS A UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE THE TRUTH DOES NOT USE ANYTHING
