      I have been a customer for years and the customer service is always lacking. I've left multiple voicemails and sent many emails and can't get anyone from here to contact me back about an account issue.       They will move your money without your consent. You won’t ever be able to get anyone on the phone, even if you call EVERY SINGLE BRANCH. There is no accountability on their part and the only thing you will receive is “sorry”. DO NOT JOIN THIS CREDIT UNION. UPDATE: my card is being charged for things I didn’t even purchase. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CREDIT UNION!!
