James Hastings5This is the bank for me !!!!!!!!! The bank I was using pulled out of my area , so the closest one was in short pump , time for new bank. So I started my day going to each bank , but not in a three piece suit , 1 st made me Waite 25 minutes ,while the two people took care of personal business . Then showed me very little. Then went to 2nd Bank just about the same but only took 10 minutes , but the person helping did not know all the answers to some of my questions. She told me I could come back and make an appointment for another day. Then I walked into Union First Market , and man what service, you would have thought I was dressed up in a suit , and had a lot of money. They were so helpful with all the information I needed that I was set up that day with what I needed. Was told what to bring with me and exactly what I needed to do, and also printed the instruction. Chris did all the work and the next day my wife and I showed up and was out the door in 20 minutes . 15 minutes of that was questions we had about other issues and what to do and Chris guides us through what to do and gave us all we needed. So we took care of that , of course , with my new bank. Chris and the rest of the persons working at this bank are so helpful and always smiling and eager to help you no matter what you look like or how much money you have or don't have. I have dealt with a lot of banks , this is the BEST ONE EVER . Thank you Chris , you and the staff are the best .
